Seated on comfortable Pallet Furniture Cushions, we guarantee that your stay will not be short as you take-in the tranquil surroundings with the sound of birds in the trees and horses nickering or neighing somewhere in the field.

Our speciality Picnic Baskets are only available on Pre-order reservations with the purpose of being enjoyed in the form of intimate celebrations like anniversaries or for larger socializing groups. Our Picnic Basket menu will be distributed upon request.

During Sunset picnics you have the advantage of taking in the stunning view view, from either your picnic area or while seated on one of the benches along our 1km walking trail.

At a small fee, we offer the opportunity to do personalized decorations for the guest of honour by means of private arrangement beforehand. This gesture can make them feel very special and we guarantee they will cherish the memory of it.

For larger groups, we do offer a self-catering option where your group can bring their own picnic food and come to enjoy a Picnic in Polokwane at The Stable Yard and simply enjoy our Environment. Adults relax while children play on the playground, or if there are enough participants, games can be arranged. Venue Fees apply.

During School Holidays (mornings until 14h00), we welcome parents to bring children for short visits just for the purpose of getting out of the house. Our Horses normal routines continue during these days, and everyone can watch the horses being exercised. Children will have the opportunity to interact with the horses.
